I saved two images; one of Simon Cowell and one of an Ugly Betty poster. I opened both of them in Photoshop and then used the lasso tool to draw around Simon Cowell's face and cut him out, I then dragged his face onto the poster and used the scale tool to alter the shape so it fit onto the face of Ugly Betty.
